1 TCS 2.0 TUBELESS RIMS
All aftermarket WTB wheels are built with TCS 2.0 tubeless-ready rims. Available in high-performance carbon fiber or time-tested aluminum alloy, WTB wheels allow riders to find the perfect wheelset for their needs.
2 FREQUENCY HUBS
Frequency hubs feature a low-drag, 6-pawl design that alternates contact between two sets of 3-pawl groupings to provide a responsive 5° of freehub engagement.
3 SPOKE LACING
WTB wheels with 24 spokes feature a 2-cross lacing pattern to increase radial stiffness and decrease weight. Wheels with 28 or 32 spokes feature a 3-cross pattern to increase durability while still providing ample radial stiffness due to the additional spokes.
4 NIPPLES
CZR i23 and Proterra Light wheels feature alloy nipples to further reduce overall wheel weight while still exceeding the durability requirements of gravel.
CZR i30 and Proterra Tough wheels feature brass nipples to provide the ultimate level of longterm reliability.

TCS 2.0 RIMS
Aftermarket WTB wheels are built with TCS 2.0 tubeless-ready are available in multiple widths and different hub configurations for every riding discipline. CZR carbon rims are lightweight, asymmetric, durable rims designed to outperform the competition. Proterra alloy rims provide the foundational component for incredibly dependable wheels that are ready for any gravel or trail you encounter.
Frequency Hubs
We pair our TCS 2.0 rims with high-quality hubs to further improve the overall build of our WTB wheels. Frequency hubs feature a low-drag, 6-pawl design that alternates contact between two sets of 3-pawl groupings to provide a responsive 5° of freehub engagement. Frequency hubs feature an oversized freehub seal to improve their weatherproofing and ensure they hold up to multiple seasons of riding.
SOLID STRIP
WTB wheels feature our innovative Solid Strip (red), which is a durable nylon strip that lies between the rim and tubeless tape (yellow) to prevent tubeless tape from pushing into the spoke holes and therefore creates a smooth interface between the tire and rim. The smooth surface makes it easier to mount a tire by preventing air from escaping around the bead at each indent during inflation. Solid Strip also protects the airtight system from puncture in the case of a broken spoke.
CZR CARBON WHEELS
WTB now offers complete carbon wheels that are available in two purpose-built gravel and mountain designs. Fast and light, CZR i23 gravel wheels are designed to minimize weight and maximize compliance on rough gravel roads, while CZR i30
trail wheels are built tough to endure whatever lies in their path.
RIDE WITH CONFIDENCE GUARANTEE
If you break our CZR carbon rim while riding, we'll send you one for free. No exceptions. As long as you are the original owner and were riding your bike when it happened, we'll replace it for free. We also provide the option for us to rebuild the wheel and send it back to you with fresh spokes and nipples.
REINFORCED SPOKE BEDS
All WTB carbon rims feature reinforced spoke beds at the area where the nipple contacts the rim. Increasing carbon thickness around each spoke improves pull strength while also minimizing weight in areas where less material is needed.
