WTB Shipping Policy
At WTB, we strive to provide a smooth and reliable shipping experience for our customers. Please review our shipping policy below for details on shipping options, delivery times, and other important information.
Shipping Options and Rates
Standard Shipping: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via UPS standard ground service from our warehouse in San Rafael, California. Estimated delivery is 3-7 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location. WTB only ships to addresses within the USA by UPS at flat rates based on the amount purchased. Separate flat rates are quoted for shipments outside the contiguous US. WTB can only ship to PO boxes with UPS Surepost.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST will be processed the next business day. Orders are not processed on weekends or national holidays.
Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation email at the email address you provided, if not and not in junk/spam please contact us as your order might not have been successful.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your shipment’s progress. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to become available.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on domestic orders over a specified amount (subject to change) in the contiguous United States. We do not ship internationally.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, carrier delays). If your shipment is significantly delayed, please contact us for assistance.
