If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase of the product.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The product was purchased in the last 30 days
You have your receipt or proof of purchase.
The product is in its original packaging

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping charges


Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from WTB.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged items


If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@wtb.com and send your item to: 475 Miller Avenue Mill Valley California US 94941.

Sale items


Sale items can be refunded.
