Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at WTB. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase.


To be eligible for a return, please make sure:

  • The product was purchased in the last 30 days
  • You have your receipt or proof of purchase.
  • The product is in its original packaging

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. WTB does not take responsibility for risk of loss or damage to the returned product during shipping.


Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance. WTB will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@wtb.com and we will then instruct you to send your item to: 475 Miller Avenue, Mill Valley, California 94941.


Sale items

Sale items are not excluded from refund eligibility.
