Replacement Hub Parts

Really liking the i30 wheel. It came already setup tubeless so in a couple minutes I had a tire mounted and on the bike. 10/10 will be buying another one soon.

They shipped the hub with the sealant I ordered. The lid came off the sealant in transport. Made for a bad day trying to get the hub cleaned off.

I was under the impression that i was purchasing the pictured items as a kit. Was only two sealed bearings. Also did not fit the descibed hub as well.

I have a Salsa Sormchaser. I needed a new free hub body. My local dealer, Cycle Sports, got the incorrect part number from WTB. So I ordered that incorrect part only to learn later that it didn't work. Apparently, you have now sent the dealer the correct part. Can I return the wrong part?

Bought the wrong piece on accident. Since I had tried to install it it broke the return policy . Totally my fault but still a huge bummer.
