I took the Blinduro fest a bit like a Czech Crankworx and I signed up for all the races that were part of it. Friday's Duo race was really great and I definitely plan to take part in some bigger race in this format. I also really enjoyed repeated rides on the red trail in Lipno as part of Air DH, but I was already a little tired after the Duo race. In the end managed to win the Duo race along with František Žilák and the AIR DH as well. The main race started on Saturday and despite the night rain it was still quite dry. I managed to ride at a good pace, win all Saturday's stages and get a 14s lead. There was definitely no drought on Sunday and the track became really slippery. Anyone who had ever led a race will certainly confirm that being "chased" by an opponent is a difficult task. I didn't want to make a mistake and throw away Saturday's advantage and at the same time I knew I had to keep the good pace. In the end it worked out. Kuba Říha rode well on Sunday and pulled 3s over me so it reduced my lead but I still won by 11 seconds.

Next month besides the last race of the Czech Enduroserie I will also race three EWS races which means that the peak of the season is just coming. I hope that I am in good shape right now and that I will be able to give good results.
