San Francisco SSCXWC 2011 and Pixie Cross!
Thats right folks, the Single Speed Cyclocross World Championships are coming to our backyard. November 18-20, 2011 in the jewel of the West Coast of North America, San Francisco, California!
Come get in on the fun… Three days and nights of racing, riding and parties! Hang out with Sheila Moon and other cyclocross celebrities. Drink handcrafted beer, race your brains out on a world class race course and see beautiful San Francisco from the locals’ perspective.
Top-ranked professionals will race side-by side with amateurs who will do ANYTHING to dominate and lay claim to the once-in-a-lifetime title of WORLD CHAMPION of Singlespeed Cyclocross.
Pre race party 7pm – 11pm Saturday night! SSCXWC 2011 Big Bad Party Time! Head down to the Sports Basement in the Mission. Chef Ciano from Madera will be serving a pre-race meal that you won’t believe, our own local rockers and the Godfather of Pixie Cross Chris Schierholtz is setting up the course so we can race four-wide all night long.
